New Look At No Time To Die’s Villain Released

Published by Filmrust on

Film magazine Empire released a new look at next year’s James Bond film No Time To Die. This shot shows Rami Malek as the villainous character Safin. We can’t know for sure where the photo takes place, but judging by the architecture it seems just right for a villain’s lair. There were hints of it in the trailer, but looking at Safin up close it appears like many Bond villains, he has a facial deformity. Exactly what is the question – perhaps scars from a fire? We’ll know hopefully soon, with the film arriving April 2020.

Here’s the plot synopsis…

In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
